25 Minutes

'You may start writing' says the lady with the microphone 'Good luck' says she, and we write and write. We the students. Then is it like the 25 minute of the exam, which is when, it begins.

It is annoying. It is frustrating, it ruins one's concentration. What is it?

No, it is not the sight of some girl's underwear this time, it is the lights.

This is the picture of the exam hall, from the back.

The hall consists of 3 rooms, and the doors of the room cam be folded, and the rooms can come as one to make a hall. And in one room, there are 3 'sections' and in each section, there are 4 'pendaflour' lights.

So I look up, at around the 25 minute during the exam, and think 'why the fick are there so many lights?'. Look in the picture, there are like lights in a freaking spaceship in startrek. There are really many many lights. And I think to myself, why? Do we need all these lights? 18 lights in one room, really? Do we need 4x6x3 lights in one room? (72 lights in one room, 3 rooms, 216 lights in total). Wow.

This bothered me during all 18 papers.

So everytime I get stuck on a question in the exam, and look up, only to see literally hundreds of lights, and it bugged me so freaking much. I could remove like 100 of the lights in the hall, and rearrange the remaining 116 and still make it as bright.

Why. Why the lights. When the last paper was finished, I was really grateful I never have to solve or think of the 216 light mystery again.
