Kesopanan dan Kesusilaan?

I don't really understand what the 'Rukun Negara' is. I read up on it, I've been reciting it for years when I was young, but for what? I don't get it. So there are five rules to sort of 'unite and keep Malaysia in peace'.

Scope here:
Kesopanan dan Kesusilaan. I always thought kesopanan was not only politeness, but sort of had a larger scale. Let's say you wear slutty clothes. We cannot say your clothes are not 'polite' but we can say 'anda berpakaian tidak sopan'. If you are dancing the zapin it is 'sopan' but the 'tiger show'-dance isn't.

- Wikipedia

We see here 'selaras dengan kempen Budi Bahasa' - which would be that we have to speak politely bla3. But nilai murni? The 'nilai murni' are not defined and not so obvious unlike Budi Bahasa. Now we go back to Kesopanan. Have you been watching TV lately?

I am not the most 'sopan' person on Earth and I know that. But an adult should know how to compare what is wrong and what is right. And what is sopan and what is not. As a Malaysian, is this sopan?

Honest question. No offense bros. Just asking. As a Malaysian born in Malaysian speaking Bahasa Malaysia 1Malaysia bla bla bla, is this, sopan?

Is this sopan?

I am just curious, seriously people. Are the lyrics sopan? Are the clothes sopan? Is the dancing sopan? Just curious. No intent to criticize or be the moral police. It is entertaining, no doubt about that. As entertainers they are doing a tip-top,  excellent, prima job. Kudos for making people raise their hands or whatever they do in the club these days.

But how about as Malaysians? Entah. Not a question for me to answer.
